S-C-H-O-O-L

Alright, week one and a half of school? Done.

Do I enjoy it?

OH YES!

OK, so the homework isn't great, but it isn't bad, and I am meeting new people and catching up with old friends every day. I am way more confident then I was last year, and I can't believe how much that little boost of confidence has given me. I talk to everyone, and I'm not self conscious anymore! I'm taking two honors classes this semester, and two more next semester, so I'm really grateful that my classes are spread out.

My orchestra teacher's position was cut, so we have a new teacher this year. I thoroughly enjoy being in my new teacher's class because, even though she is a band director, she shares the same enthusiastic attitude as the whole class does.

My French teacher is a new teacher, and it's very comfortable in his class because of how he speaks to us as friends rather than a stern teacher, and I feel like I am learning a lot in a short amount of time.

My wellness teacher loves to work. I'm totally up to whatever she says because I love to see others, as well as myself, improve in running, sit-ups, push ups, or just good old stretching. And she sure is set in letting us know that she expects us to respect her and do our personal best.

Speaking of which. We had a step test about four days ago and my legs are STILL a little sore from that. We had three minutes to step up with your left foot and then your right, then step down with one foot and then the other. And after you did that, it was one. In three minutes, I was able to complete 92 steps. I know, it sounds easy. But it was difficult because of the height of the stair. It was a monster in and of itself, being about a foot and a half tall.

Lunch is a blast, and I love it. Unfortunately, the table isn't big enough to hold all of my friends, but we get pretty close.
